About Kurux Language

Kurux is a Dravidian language which is spoken by the Oraon tribe and the by the tribal people living in Bihar, Jharkhand, Orissa, Madhya Pradesh, Chattisgarh and West Bengal. Kurux language is written in the Devanagari script. Kurux language has two dialects namely Oroan and Kisan. Despite quite several people speaking this language, this language is slowly being subjected to extinction. A language that is losing its place needs to be revived.
